IT SHOULD BE EASY AND SAFE TO SHOP AT RELODE!

In the following text, we have collected information about, among other things, deliveries, payments and right of withdrawal; all so that you as a customer will experience that it is easy and safe to shop from us.

Our goal is to constantly develop our range with new products and colors. If you are missing a product in our range or have an exciting idea for a new product you want us to launch? We like to include our customers in product development and therefore ask you to contact our customer service with your suggestions.

TERMS OF USE
These general terms of use apply to orders on www.relode.se (hereinafter referred to as "website") operated by RELODE AB, VAT SE559003314701 (hereinafter RELODE / we / our / us). As these terms and conditions can be updated and changed, we ask that you read the terms and conditions before each new order.

ABOUT RELODES WEBSITE
All content on the website, including design, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images and videos are property owned by RELODE or our suppliers and all brands and/or company names mentioned, displayed or in any way mentioned on the website are owned by the respective brands . The website and its content may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Nothing contained on the Website should be construed as granting by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right to use any material appearing on the Website, except to the extent permitted by law, without our written consent or the written consent of a third party that owns the rights to the material displayed on the website. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty. RELODE voids all warranties for any reason as long as applicable laws allow it.

SHOP AT RELODE
To shop at Relode, you must be 18 years old or have the approval of a parent or guardian. When you order something over the internet, the purchase agreement applies from the moment you receive a confirmation email from RELODE. Normally the confirmation is sent immediately but it can take up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. If you do not receive an order confirmation or if something has gone wrong and you want to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@relode.se. Payments can be made using the following payment methods:

  • Visa and Maestro
  • Bancontact
  • IDEAL
  • SWISH
  • KLARNA

PRICES
All prices stated on the website include Swedish value added tax of 25%. The authorities in the receiving country may, depending on the legislation in the country, charge fees, customs duties and taxes. These fees must be paid by the customer. The customer is himself responsible for the administration and payment of such fees and RELODE cannot therefore inform the customer of these fees.

Our prices on the website are current and we reserve the right to update prices and promotional prices on the website at any time.

STOCK & PRODUCTS
Our stock balance is constantly updated, around the clock. After you have added a product to the shopping cart and proceeded to checkout, your product is reserved for 10 minutes. On the website, the colors in our images may differ due to, for example, your screen settings. We therefore cannot guarantee that the colors on the website exactly correspond to the colors in reality.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
If you return one or more items from the "buy 3 pay for 2" offer, the offer will be canceled and you will pay the regular price for the items you keep.
  • If you return one of three items, you will not receive a refund.
  • If you return two items, you will be refunded for one of them.
  • If you return all items, you will be refunded for the two products you have paid for.

Discount codes and other promotions only apply to new orders and therefore cannot be applied retrospectively.

If you return one or more items from the offer at a discount ladder, for example "shop for  €100 and get a 20% discount", the offer will be canceled and you will pay the regular price for the items you keep.

DELIVERY
If you place your order before 1 p.m., it will be shipped the same day (applies to working days). Exceptions may occur during or after major campaigns and in connection with public holidays. The checkout shows exactly which delivery methods and prices apply to your particular order.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address on the order is correctly filled in at the time of ordering. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. If the package is returned because the customer has entered the wrong delivery address, the customer will be responsible for shipping and return costs. Please note that Relode does not replace lost packages lost due to an incorrect delivery address.

SHIPPING
For orders over 80 euros, shipping is free. For orders under 80 euros, a shipping fee is added. When you are at the checkout, you will see current prices and delivery methods for your particular order.

RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGE
Our goal is that you as a customer should always be satisfied with your purchases from us.

RIGHT OF RETURN
As a consumer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason. We therefore offer our customers 30 days of open purchase, counted from the date you order the goods. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item in question must be sent back to us without delay and no later than 30 days from when you placed your order. When we handle your return, you will be charged a fee of 7 euros. Right of return that is exercised within 30 days from when we sent the order, but after 14 days from when you received the order, is not covered by the right of withdrawal, but by the right of return. If you use the right of return within the time span above, the original shipping will not be refunded. Read more about the right of withdrawal under the heading "Right of withdrawal" below. If you choose to receive a refund on a gift card, the return fee is free

Remember that the product must be in original condition* and that the product must be sent back in the original packaging or equivalent for you to receive a full refund.

*Original condition is considered to be that the product:
  • Has all labels still
  • To be sent back in the garment bag
  • Has not been washed
  • Must not smell like perfume or smoke
  • Must not be dirty or have stains from make-up and deodorant
  • Do not have animal hair as it can cause allergies
If the product does not meet the requirements for original condition, 30% of the product's price will be refunded. If the product is not sent back in the garment bag, packaging or without labels, no refund will be made.

SIZE CHANGES
We at Relode offer size changes for a fee of 5 euros. As soon as we have received and processed your size change, your new order will be sent to you automatically. You therefore do not need to place a new order. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we have your size in stock, even if you have registered the size change in our portal. If your new size is not in stock when we process your size change, a full refund will be issued.

SMS MARKETING
By agreeing to Relode's SMS marketing at checkout and by initiating a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive regular text messages (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text-based marketing offers and transactional messages, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving marketing text messages and announcements, reply STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provide within any of our communications. You understand and agree that alternative means of opting out, such as using different words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable way to opt out. We do not charge a fee for the service, but you are responsible for all fees and charges associated with text messages imposed by your provider. Message and data caps may apply.

We have the right to change which phone number or card number we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified of such occasions. You agree that any message you send to a phone number or card number that we have changed, including any STOP , may not be received and we are not responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for the failure, delay or misdirection of delivery of information sent through the Service, any errors in such information and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or service.

FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure occurs when circumstances beyond our control stop RELODE from fulfilling the obligations in these general terms and conditions. These circumstances can be, for example, natural disasters, revolution, strikes, power cuts or other similar events.

MISTAKES & INCORRECT INFORMATION
Unfortunately, as errors can occur due to the human factor, we reserve the right to make errors regarding product information and prices. Should an error occur, we will correct the error as soon as possible. Our goal is that you as a customer should always be satisfied with your purchase!
