You register your return HERE. Once you have registered the return in our portal, a QR code will automatically be sent to you via SMS or to the PostNord app if you have it downloaded. You then show the QR code at a PostNord agent, who will print a return label for you to attach to the package.
If your package was sent with UPS, a return label is included in the package for you to use.
It costs SEK 69/€7 to make a return. You can, when registering your return, choose to receive a refund on a gift card. If you choose to receive a refund on a gift card, you will not have to pay a return fee.

Once the package has been delivered and processed at our warehouse, your new order will be sent automatically. In other words, you should not place a new order yourself.
Yes, we offer free size exchanges within Sweden.
For exchanges outside of Sweden, a fee will apply. You will see the fee in the return portal.
If you return one or more items from the "Buy 3, Pay for 2" offer, the promotion will no longer apply, and you will be charged the regular price for the item(s) you keep.
Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days from the time we receive it. The refund will be issued in the same way you made the payment, and it will appear 2-4 business days after the refund is processed.
We offer our customers a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you placed your order.
If your order was shipped with PostNord, you can track it on PostNord's website or through their app.
If your order was shipped with UPS, you can follow the tracking link in the email you received once your order left our warehouse.
It is possible to make a change to your order as long as the order has not yet been packed. If your order has not been distributed, you can contact us at hello@relode.se and we can cancel/change your order.
Please email us at hello@relode.se as soon as you realize this, and hopefully, we can correct the details before your order is packed.
If you do not pick up your package on time, it will be automatically returned to us. We reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and a handling fee of 100 SEK/10 Euro.
The order confirmation is usually sent within an hour after the order is placed, but it may sometimes end up in your spam folder. If it hasn't appeared, feel free to contact us at hello@relode.se.
If a product is defective when you receive it or if it breaks after use due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@relode.se. Briefly describe your issue and upload a photo of the defect to send to our customer service. Our customer service will get back to you shortly and assist you in the best possible way.
Each claim is handled and assessed manually, which means it may take between 14 and 30 days before a decision is made. In the case of an approved claim, Relode covers the return shipping. Once the decision is made, the claim is processed based on the agreement to ensure that you, as a customer, are as satisfied as possible.
It sounds like excess dye has been pressed out into the folds, which can happen when the product is transported and stored folded for an extended period. According to our product developer, this should disappear after washing or ironing on a low temperature. If you're unsure or have any questions about this, feel free to send a photo of the product to hello@relode.se.

If a technical error occurred during the order process, a sum may occasionally be temporarily reserved on your account. You don't need to worry about this, as the bank will release the reservation within 2-5 business days. However, your order did not go through, and you are welcome to place a new order.

If your birthday is within 30 days of the date you registered your birthdate, there may unfortunately be a delay. Hang in there, your much-anticipated gift is on its way, but it may take up to 30 days.
Your points are valid for 12 months from the date you earned them. We will send you a reminder 30 days before your points expire.
