Please note that the product must be in its original condition. Original condition means that the product:

• Has all tags attached
• Is returned in the garment bag
• Has not been washed
• Does not smell of perfume, smoke, or similar scents
• Is not dirty or stained by makeup or deodorant
• Has no pet hair on it, as this can cause allergies

If the product does not meet the requirements for original condition, only 30% of the product’s price will be refunded.

If the product is not returned in the garment bag, packaging or is missing tags, no refund will be issued.

Yes, we offer product exchanges. In the portal, you can shop for the value of your returned product and choose any item, color, or variant in the store.

When you exchange for another product, you also get free returns and 10% extra to shop for.

Yes, we offer free size exchanges. The new package is shipped automatically as soon as you drop off your return at a parcel shop, so you don’t need to place a new order yourself.

When you choose a refund to store credit, you receive the value of your returned product as store credit to shop with in our store. You can use the store credit directly at checkout when placing a new order.

The store credit is also saved to your account, so you can easily find and use it at a later time. It is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued.

When you choose store credit, you pay no return fee. You also receive 10% extra refund value to shop with compared to a regular refund.

When we process your return, a return fee of €7 will be deducted from your refund.


If you choose to receive a refund in the form of a gift card or a size exchange, the return fee is free.

When you return one or more items from the “Buy 3, pay for 2” offer, the offer will no longer apply. You will pay the regular price for the product or products you keep.
