Important information
Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition.
A product is considered to be in its original condition if it:
- Has all original tags attached
- Is returned in its original garment bag
- Has not been washed
- Does not smell of perfume, smoke, or similar odors
- Is free from dirt, makeup stains, and deodorant marks
- Is free from pet hair, as this may cause allergic reactions
If the product does not meet the requirements for being in its original condition, 30% of the product's purchase price will be refunded.
If the product is returned without the original garment bag, packaging, or tags, no refund will be issued.
Please also note that each order must be returned separately, and each product must be placed in its original plastic bag.
We offer free size exchanges. Your replacement item will be shipped automatically as soon as you drop off your return at the carrier's drop-off point, so there's no need to place a new order yourself.
When you choose store credit, you'll receive the value of your returned item as store credit to use on a future purchase. You can apply your store credit immediately at checkout when placing a new order.
Your store credit is also saved to your account, making it easy to find and use later. It is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued.
When you choose store credit, no return fee applies. As an added bonus, you'll receive 10% extra in store credit compared to a standard refund.
A return fee of €7 will be deducted when we process your return.
Returns are free of charge if you choose store credit, a product exchange, or a size exchange.
If you return one or more items from a Buy 3, Pay for 2 promotion, the offer will no longer apply, and you will be charged the regular price for the item(s) you keep.
