We love to see our products & customers on social media and sometimes we ask customers if we can share their pictures/videos in our channels and on our website. The images are published on the home page as well as on the respective product/category page to give customers an opportunity to see our products "for real". The images can also be published in our other channels, including on Instagram, Facebook and in newsletters.
By responding to our request with the hashtag #YesRelode, you agree to the following:
You grant Relode AB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the images in which you responded with #YesRelode, hereinafter referred to as "Image", in its marketing and/or advertising, including in website galleries, newsletters, social media and email.
You also confirm that you own all rights to your images, that you have received approval that people appearing in the images and that Relode AB has the right to use the images without violating the rights of third parties or applicable laws.
You hereby release Relode AB from all claims to pay you for the use of your images as well as the rights connected to the aforementioned areas of use, which also means that you approve and release Relode AB and everyone who works for Relode AB from claims and liability, regardless of reason, connected for the use of the images described above.
