We recommend the following inseam lengths based on your height:
Petite: For those under 162 cm (81 cm)
Regular: Suitable for those between 162–174 cm (90 cm)
Tall: For those over 174 cm (95 cm)

The soft, lightly brushed fabric used in the Clean products is designed to withstand intense training. However, to preserve the quality of the tights, we recommend avoiding training forms that involve repeated friction against the tights, such as contact with hard or sharp objects like barbells with rough surfaces. For the best durability, we also recommend washing the tights inside out in a laundry bag.
