ORDERS & RETURNS

Can I reserve products before Black Week?

No, products cannot be reserved in advance. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that it's yours.

Demand can be especially high during Black Week, so we recommend completing your purchase as soon as you've found your favorites.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

Once you've completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Due to high demand during Black Week, your confirmation may occasionally take a little longer to arrive. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you haven't received it.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We start processing orders as quickly as possible. Changes or cancellations are only possible before your order has started being processed at our warehouse.

Please double-check your size, color, shipping address, and other details before completing your purchase.

Can I return products purchased during Black Week?

Of course! We're also offering an extended 60-day return period for all orders placed between November 15 and December 24, 2026.

The 60 days are calculated from the date your order is placed, giving you extra time to try on your new gymwear at home.

Can I exchange sizes on products purchased during Black Week?

Black Week is one of the busiest shopping periods of the year, and processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to high demand.

We appreciate your patience and are working hard to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with delivery information and a tracking link, when available.

You can use the tracking link to follow your package until it arrives.
